REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES
- • For in class training - Refund will be given only if cancellation is communicated 24 hours prior to start of program
- • For eLearning (ENE-MASTERCLASS) - You can cancel the program only if you have not opened the link to view the program so far.
- • For institutional purchase - the cancellation will be decided on case to case basis
- • Refund for the cancelled programs will be processed in one working week.
